Never in my life would I have imagined a band could use the phrase "violate a sundae" in a song and make it sound cool. But Detroit-based The Starlite Desperation managed to do just that.

They sound a little like The Stooges and The Bauhaus, with a bit of The Cramps thrown in for good measure. And, man, has it been such a long time since I have heard anything remotely close to this!

The only downfall is the fact that Violate A Sundae is only an EP. I want more, damnit!
